We’d like to highlight some of our past projects and explain why trenchless pipe replacement was the most effective solution for each.

Decorah, IA
The client we were working for owns the light blue home in the distance. This client's home is built into a bluff, and the sewer from their house runs from underneath that window on the bottom right, underneath that limestone retaining wall, then alongside their neighbor's garage, under their neighbor's garage driveway. Could you imagine if they would have had to dig all that up with traditional trenching? We were able to dig an access in the neighbor's driveway(with their permission) and an access in the client's basement and pull a brand new sewer line all the way into their home. By the end of the day they were able to use all their plumbing with their retaining wall and yard still in tact!

New Hampton, IA
This client had been having sewer problems for awhile, and finally decided something needed to be done. This job was an interesting one, after digging an access in the road we realized their sewer line had been collapsed for quite some time. We got right to work setting up to pull the new sewer pipe through, into the home. Again, leaving their yard, front steps completely untouched. Another yard saved with Trenchless Pipe Replacement!

Lawler, IA
This client's house had rock landscaping around their home, and we were grateful to be able to save it from being torn up. An access was dug in the road and in their basement and we pulled a new sewer pipe and were done before 5. Their yard and landscaping were untouched, they had a new sewer pipe, clean out and drain in the basement, and filled the access in the road with rock, awaiting for it to be recemented.

Lawler, IA
Another yard with landscaping and a tree that was untouched. We cut an access in the road and an access in their basement, and pulled a brand new sewer line through before the work day was over. Their sewer line went right under those front steps, which would have been a much bigger project to remove or disassemble if the client would have went with the traditional trenching route.
